Joyce Keller is the associate director for Career Development at NIU Career Services, where she leads the department’s career counseling and career education initiatives. Joyce earned her master’s degree in counseling from NIU and is pursuing a second master’s degree from NIU in instructional technology. With over 20 years of experience in career development, Joyce views career planning as a key ingredient for personal wellness.
