pegPeg Hendershot, executive director of Career Vision/Ball Foundation, has been actively involved in career planning for students and adult workforce development issues her entire career. Career Vision is the service arm of the Ball Foundation, a nonprofit established in 1972, to help people discover and develop their natural abilities. She is an advocate for self-knowledge and teaching the art and science of making informed career decisions so you can be prepared to navigate an ever-changing world of work.
