Join Gary Kaplan, ’79 and Justin Gress, ’05, Thursday, Feb. 11 at 5 p.m. as they discuss leadership, planning and execution.
 

Gary serves as President of North America Construction for AXA XL Insurance. Gary started the Construction Insurance Vertical over 10 years ago, reaching over $3 Billion in Sales and building a team of over 100 associates dedicated to serving North America’s Top Contractors. Gary is a regular speaker and contributor both in the Insurance and Construction industries. Gary received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from NIU.
 

Justin is Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Vantage Group Holdings Ltd. Justin recently joined Vantage Group Holdings in January 2021 serving in this role. He graduated from NIU with a degree in Marketing and was one of the original winners of NIU’s Apprentice, hosted by the College of Business.
