Calling all chefs! Join NIU Alumni Association Executive Director Reggie Bustinza as he prepares saltado, a traditional Peruvian dish.
Saltado, originated as part of the Chifa tradition, the Chinese cuisine of Peru. The dish’s popularity has helped it to become part of the mainstream Peruvian food culture.
Ingredients and recipes will be sent out in advance to participants who would like to cook along.
