NIU Black Alumni Council Virtual Holiday Fundraiser

Dust off your favorite ugly holiday sweater, cozy up by your fire and celebrate the festive season by joining the Black Alumni Council’s 2nd annual virtual holiday fundraiser from 2-4 p.m. CST on Sunday, Dec. 4!
The council is excited to host a virtual DJ session, featuring live DJ’s while raising funds for the Fanny Ruth Patterson scholarship. Attendees will also hear information about the ongoings at NIU from University leadership, including NIU President, Lisa C. Freeman, Chief Diversity Officer, Dr. Vernese Edghill-Walden, Director for the Center for Black Studies, Dr. Anne Edwards, and Director of the McKinley "Deacon" Davis CHANCE Program, Adriane Hutchinson.
Reservations are required to receive the link to the Zoom webinar. While there is no cost to register for this event, contributions to the Fanny Ruth Patterson Scholarship can be made by donating here.
