Start your Saturday morning off with a cup of coffee at FreshGround Roasting, a local family-owned business in Geneva, Illinois.
Sip and learn about the specific way to taste coffee that's used at the farm, by importers and exporters, roasters, and cafés worldwide. At this event, you'll be able to experience the wide range of flavors in various coffees while you learn the process of cupping coffee.
FreshGround Roasting is the roaster Nick Bradac, '07, uses for his business, OpenDoor Coffee, located in Genoa, Illinois. Bradac will be attending this event and will share his connection to FreshGround Roasting. All attendees will also receive an NIU Alumni coffee mug with their paid registration.
