SOLD OUT - Pilsen Neighborhood Art & Walking Tour

Join the NIU Latino Alumni Council (LAC) and your fellow Huskies at 5 Rabanitos for a social hour followed by a walking tour of the Chicago Pilsen Murals.

Attendees will enjoy appetizers, one drink and a walking tour with each paid registration.

After the social hour, tour the bold murals and take in the culture of Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood. Join fellow alumni on this guided walking tour while learning about the history of the Pilsen neighborhood, and how muralism has played an important part in forming its identity.

The tour will begin at 2:30 p.m. and should last approximately one hour. We will meet near the entrance of the National Museum of Mexican Art to begin the tour. Attendees should wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. We look forward to seeing you there!
