Huskies Night Out - Bourbon and Chocolate - SOLD OUT

Bring a date, a friend, or a group of friends. Or just yourself to mingle and meet at a Huskies Night Out!
 

Individual tickets are $35 per person, but a special rate of $65 is set for Double Huskies (alumni couples), so make your plans today! 

Join us at Ellington’s Restaurant in the Holmes Student Center on Friday, Nov. 10, from 6-8 p.m. for dinner and a bourbon and chocolate pairing.

Attendees will enjoy plated dinner, followed by four bourbon tastings each paired with a harmonizing chocolate from The Confectionary in DeKalb.

Paul Fix is certified as an Executive Bourbon Steward from the Stave and Thief Society in Louisville, Kentucky. In 2021, he started the Sycamore Whiskey Club, which brings together people to expand their palates and learn more about all things whiskey. Paul came to NIU in 2016 and currently serves as the Director of Secondary Science Educator Licensure in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Bourbons and chocolate are a match you might not immediately think of but once you try it, you will never go back!
