NIU Arts Golden Hour Showcase Series at the Epiphany Center - CANCELED

Golden Hohur

Friday, Dec. 8

We regret that the Friday, December 8 holiday-themed performance of groups from the NIU School of Music at the Epiphany Center for the Arts has been canceled. A last-minute venue change by the Epiphany Center made it impossible for us to present the quality show that our musicians and audiences deserve.

Enjoy great performances by ensembles from the NIU School of Music in a beautiful, iconic Chicago venue.

The NIU School of Music is offering four concerts this year at the iconic Epiphany Center for the Arts as part of the center’s regular Golden Hour series. These concerts will showcase the diversity of musical talent at NIU, at a world-class venue conveniently located for our Chicago-based alumni and friends.

Golden Hour at the Epiphany Center is from 5-8 p.m. and features free live music with food and drink specials.

The next event of the series will take place on Friday, Dec. 8. Ring in the season with holiday-themed performances from NIU’s Jazz Orchestra, chamber singers and percussion ensemble. These groups are part of treasured annual holiday concerts at NIU that have thrilled audiences for decades.

Enjoy an evening of great music, food, drink and giveaways. It’s an incredible opportunity to gather with your NIU friends and fellow alumni.
