NIU Day With the Chicago White Sox

The White Sox have arranged a special patio party for NIU Day on August 10!

Northern Illinois University alumni, students, faculty/staff, family and friends are invited to NIU Day with the Chicago White Sox on Sunday, August 10. The White Sox take on the Cleveland Guardians at 1:10 p.m. at Rate Field.
 

Specially priced seats are available for all NIU students, faculty/staff, and alumni. Included with your purchase is a stylish co-branded NIU White Sox hat. In addition to specially priced seats, pre-game patio passes are included at a discounted price as well!

The pregame buffet will feature an all-you-can-eat menu of BBQ ribs, fried chicken, Cajun chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, coleslaw, potato salad, beer, wine and Coca-Cola products. Food and beverage service on the patio begins at 11:40 a.m. and concludes at 1:40 p.m. This is a great opportunity to meet up with your group to enjoy some food and drinks before the game! Patio passes and hat vouchers will be added to your account separately from your game tickets five days prior to the game date. Patio passes will be needed to enter the patio party at Gate 1 on the south side of the stadium. Vouchers will be a mobile ticket that you will need to present at the redemption booth located behind section 160 on the 100-level concourse. The redemption booth closes one hour after the scheduled first pitch (2:10 p.m.).
