Healthy Healthy Huskies: Holiday Foods for Health and Pleasure

Join registered dietitian/nutritionist Meg Burnham ’05, M.S. ’06, to learn how to enjoy holiday foods in a healthy, sustainable way. She’ll talk about reducing stress by changing your mindset toward holiday eating—reframing your nutrition thinking to an "add" approach, rather than "take away". She’ll also share some meal ideas that are full of holiday flavors that satisfy and nourish your body.
