Wednesday, July 22

Join fellow Huskies and musical theater enthusiasts for the Grant Park Music Festival’s Cirque: A Space Odyssey, an evening that blends stunning visuals with exceptional live music. Experience the artistry of Troupe Vertigo as their aerial performances add a captivating visual dimension to the Grant Park Orchestra.

Meet us on the lawn at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park, where light picnic fare and beverages will be available beginning at 5:30 p.m.

At 6:30 p.m., sit back and enjoy a dynamic program featuring both classical works and iconic film scores — including selections from Star Wars, Star Trek and Disney’s Up — performed by the Grant Park Orchestra under the direction of Enrico Lopez-Yañez.

Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating. A limited number of chairs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
