Support the Edible Campus Initiative at NIU

The NIU Edible Campus program provides inclusive and sustainable access for NIU students and community members to nutritious food from gardens and edible landscaping situated throughout the campus. These gardens are collaborative, functional, and educational. The gardens will create awareness and include elements of modern technology along with providing an opportunity for the whole campus to build a stronger connection between food, wellness, and the environment.

Edible Campus received initial funding from a Small Business Administration grant through Sen. Dick Durbin's Office and will rely on donations to be sustainable for our students.  To support our mission, please consider making a donation today. Thank you!
